—  ABOUT ME

Hi!! I’m Nina, a Cognitive Science student with a double minor in Communications and Technology Management, originally from São Paulo, Brazil, and now based in the United States.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been driven by curiosity and the need to challenge myself. That combination has taken me across industries, continents, and disciplines, from sports media to editorial journalism to wealth management to digital strategy. I’ve never been afraid to walk into a room where I’m the least experienced person. That’s actually where I thrive.

A lot of that came from sports. Growing up as an athlete taught me how to push myself past what feels comfortable and how to show up for a team. I have never shied away from the hard tasks, not because I was fearless, but because I knew that’s where the real growth was going to come from.

Outside of work, staying active is how I recharge, whether through sports, hiking, or a workout class. I have a deep love for fashion as a form of self-expression, a passion for capturing moments through photography, and at the end of the day, nothing matters more than quality time with the people I love.

Professionally, all of that curiosity has found a home in Cognitive Science. My degree sits at the intersection of human behavior, technology, and communication, which is exactly where I want to work. I’m fascinated by why people make the decisions they do and how data and storytelling can work together to create something meaningful.
